Scarecrow- Arkham Asylum
This was done by 100% myself (with help with the hubby for the fear injectors)
Full LED Black light in hood(2 rows), Full LED fear injectors, Clothing made with lined burlap, UV reactive eyeshadow and contacts.
Scarecrow was made because he scared the crap out of me when I played Arkham Asylum. I wasn't familiar with him but when I looked into his history I realized he was a perfect fit for me. He had an abusive childhood, but instead of being a good guy (like me) he chose the darker path. Scarecrow, to this day, is my most noted cosplay. He's also my #1 favorite, but don't tell the others. Shhhh!

Enchantress- Suicide Squad
This tedious thing was 100% done by me (minus getting the circles for the armbands from Water Of Glass Cosplay) Her skirt is made of foamboard that I cut into squares (and some circles) and chainmailed them together. My crescent moon crown is foam covered in modpodge and tissue paper (for texture). Bra was taken apart and fixed to look more like hers. I took panty hose and painted them (this was I don't have to paint my legs everytime). And the arm bands are made of plastic circles (given to me by Water Of Glass Cosplay), chainmailed up to three leather bands.

I’m weird. I’ll just say that. In my head I like to think there is a battle between Scarecrow and Harley in my head. I’m ALWAYS known to be a Harley Cosplayer, but Scarecrow is my Magnum Opus. He is and always will be my baby. So this is his “stick it to her” club scene dress based off the Harley Quinn Club Scene dress from Suicide Squad.
Black Widow- Marvel
Used the Yaya Han body suit pattern and her fabric. The Widow symbols are made by me out of foam. Guns and bullets made by me.

The helmet alone took 3 tries, and I'm planning on redoing it since I messed up the back of it. The breastplate pattern was purchased (then scaled and I did some tweaks to it) from Jackie Craft Cosplay. This cosplay has been a long time coming and I'm very happy with it!

Dracula- Dracula Untold
I fell in love with this armor set and knew that I had to have it. It was too beautiful not to have.
It has a few minor things I want to redo on it, but I'm pretty happy with it.
This is made our of EVA foam and I decided to have no worbla on this.
I used the Evil Ted chest plate pattern (which helped a whole lot). I had to freehand the side and arm panels. Big House Cosplay came over and help me draw out the base of the pauldrons. So a BIG thank you to him.

I've never been so proud of a sewing project before! I used McCalls M6940 pattern for this. The base of the necklace is thin craft foam and worbla. I sculped the lion out of super sculpty and baked it(after the dragon casting fiasco I wasn't risking another failed cast). I glued it onto the worbla with contact cement. Plastidipped (white) and finished with gold spray paint.
Then you add a bitchy attitude and a lot of eye rolling.
She's so much fun to play.

So since I had been requested multiple times to be the Mother Of Dragons, this seemed like the best time to pop out Daenerys. Done in just a few days (she may need a few touch ups here and there like her arm bands), I feel I did pretty good on her.

My first full armor set. Honestly it is a combination of Elder Scrolls 3 and Elder Scrolls Online. I made my own rendition of it. There is still some things I am working on for an upgrade including a cover for the straps going from the breastplate to the pauldrons and some thigh armor that doesn't accentuate my already large thighs. I chose to do this because when I was in an abusive relationship I spent all my time playing E.S.3 to escape the pain I was going though. The Ordinator symbolized the strength I desired (hence why I was ALWAYS in this armor in the game).

Aquaman 1.0- DC
100% head to toe made by me. My first armor pieces. The pauldrons are made of sintra plastic and foam. Those bracers in the picture were updated with much sturdier ones (and nicer pattern as well!). The top is a bra frankensteined into a crop top, it was resewn with the gold and green. then the green was covered in individually placed beetle wings. The pants were my first pair I ever made. The belt was made with the same gold as the top. And I added the logo which was made out of foam. The shoes were covered with the same green fabric as the pants. And the trident is PVC pipe, foam and the top piece is plywood (my husband cut out my design because I'm accident prone).
I was on the phone with my brother (who is a police officer) and I was asking him who I should cosplay as (this was about 4-5 months into cosplay) because I wanted to do something for him as a thank you for being my hero. He told me I wish you were a boy so you could be Aquaman and he laughed. I said welp I guess that means I'll genderbend Aquaman. And this is what came out of that conversation. Also found out our girl cat Chibi enjoys eating beetle wings, who knew?!?
Currently the trident is broken (although it is kinda fixed) thanks to my turtle Cleo, who decided to knock it down when it was just him and it in an empty(LARGE) room. Yes, that's real life. Currently Aquaman 2.0 is in the queue. New Armor, new top, new belt, and new trident.

Harleypool - My Own Creation
Harleypool was created by accident. I had two buns on my head and was wearing my deadpool suit when suddenly EVERYONE started complementing me on my Harleypool. I refused to be Harley Quinn. Her background was similar to mine and I simply couldn't cosplay someone who was being currently abused. But the idea grew on me. Obviously she had to leave Mr. J to be Harleypool. So I went with it. She's my "I keep adding stuff to her" cosplay. I had to bodysuit (well...it was my husbands). I came up with her logo (see belt buckle made of foam). Got hair extensions to match the Suicide Squad Harley. I made the "slave collar" instead of "Puddin" it says "Chimichanga" I figure that would be her nickname for him. I have to finish up the bracelets that say "kill" and "Francis" insead of "Yes" Sir". And a broken heart on her cheek.
Belt buckle and necklace were done by me. The bodysuit was originally for my husband, but I stole it. SHHH! Don't tell him! :)

Emma Frost- Xmen
Cape and bra done by me, and if I EVER say I will remake this lock me up because I lost it. The bra and pants was purchased, but I added individual rhinestones to the bra one by one. The cape (which you can't tell from this picture) is two layers. The bottom layer has LED lights sewn onto it. The top layer was added after the LED's were sewn in and I pulled and white glued them in place to the top velvet layer. This was SUPER time consuming and tedious. Then for the finishing touches I added the white fur. This cape SCREAMS Emma since the LED's glitter and glisten.
I will get photos of this in the snow if it's the last thing I do!
Emma was chosen because simply I love glitter and the fact that she uses her sexuality as a strength, especially in a time where "slut shaming" is the normal.

Stahma Tarr (Sergei Kay as Datak Tarr)-Defiance
This cosplay was fully done by me (my husband's was fully thrifted), Wigs by Wig Is Fashion. The belt was made out of foam and worbla. Contacts by Pinky Paradise (although you can't see our eyes are pink). I'm proud of this because between our cosplays the contacts cost the most (my fabric was from thrifted bedsheets WASHED TWICE!)
Stahma is POWERFUL, corrupt and evil, but POWERFUL! I loved how Datak 'thinks' he's running the show, but Stahma is actually pulling his strings. When I put her on I love moving like her and having her demeanor since she is SO opposite of me!

Angelica Pickles- Rugrats
I DON'T WANNA DO THIS I WANNA EAT COOKIES!!!
Oh, sorry...She is VERY easy to get into character with! Angelica was my "I'm a 90's kid" cosplay and was a VERY easy choice. Not only did I make her 100% (the leggings and shoes were painted by me and the socks were from when I was in 5th grade!) but one of my Drag Queen Idols Phi Phi O'hara knew of me by this cosplay. Angelica is one of my shining stars of my cosplay closet! Especially since I get to eat cookies the whole con and I've been known to stop places and lay on the ground to color. Seriously she's easy for me to play up!

ScareBunny(Bunny Hutch)-DC Comics
100% done by me. I used the Yaya Han Corset pattern (first corset ever). I took my old hood and cut holes in it for the ears. Used upholstery foam and covered them in burlap added "stitching" detail with yarn. This cosplay won 3rd in the bunny hutch.
*That's my new friend Sig. We both thought we'd be the only Scarebunny. We were wrong. Side note we both made pasties(his were pumpkins mine were burlap), I believe we were seperated at birth.

100% done by me. I used the Simplicity body suit pattern and modified it.
The armor was done by me as well. I used a heat knife to put all the details on the foam. Neck and shoulder armor were the Evil Ted patterns. My glowing lasso is just plain el wire!

100% done by me. Used the simplicity body suit pattern (and heavily altered the booty portion), made a circle skirt, free handed the cape pattern (I was being risky), and made the belt out of foam.
She always needs some sort of TLC because she is my most worn cosplay. She is the one I take to the children's hospital for visits. Honestly her personality matches mine the most. When I wear her I am ALWAYS surrounded by awe struck kids, which makes me feel...well...Super!

Dag/Leia Mad Max/Star Wars Mashup
100% by me. This tiny outfit was made by me for our group cosplay. The slave Leia bottoms were made from foam, fabric, hot glue, and a LOT OF PRAYERS! I had to make a thong (first time for everything, right?) and attach it to the foam bits. Oh man was I nervous to wear this! The top is fabric that I had twisted and sewn. Corseted in the back of the top. And finished up with making the slave Leia top curly cues with silver metal and sewn that on top of it all (of course you can't see it).
Originally I was going to pop this down at the "honorable mentions" area but I said nope. The reason I did this was because my whole cosplay career I looked up to Maggie (who is FuReyosa next to me) and when Maggie asked me to be their Dag/Leia I thought to myself "I made it. I'm finally here" Her fiance is Duncan who is BB-8. this group was such fun and I'd do it all over again.
Lagertha Lothbrok- Vikings
Tunic made by me(made with faux suede with leather details sewn on. Belt, waist cincher (my first leatherwork), bracers done by me. Husband made the shield I painted it. Sword is a plastic sword leather wrapped and painted by me.
My husband looks like Ragnar! This was my first group cosplay (husband was Ragnar and our friend was Rollo) and my first group cosplay 1st place winner. We went big. We won big.

Vampirella
100% done by me. Arm band is foam (she shares with Wondergirl) and the body suit was made by me. I used a bathing suit of mine to make a pattern. Then had to HEAVILY alter the pattern. Added a washer for the center ring and most importantly teeth were custom made by Horror Show Jack Fangsmith
Vampy is a personal favorite of mine. She makes me feel dangerous and sexy. The comics are also a favorite. Her character is way more than just a body and I love that about her!

Panty- Panty and Stocking
Everything but the shoes and leg wraps made by me. Heavily altered a pattern for a pinup tank top, heavily altered a circle skirt I had, made the hearts out of red colored hot glue (probably will redo them), and the gun was painstakingly patterned by yours truly then cut out of foam. The gun was so much work!
Panty. Shes a stripper angel come down to earth to kill bad guys.

Totoro- My Neighbor Totoro
Everything but the boot covers and catbus (lil guy I'm holding) is made by me. The ears are foam and matching fabric. Yaya Han bodysuit pattern was used for this and I free handed the belly.
I hated anime. Till Totoro. When I told my friends "I'm gonna make a sexy Totoro" they couldn't believe what they were hearing. A HUGE fluffy creature, sexy?!? Well, I can say this was what I envisioned and it is EXACTLY how I wanted it!

Pinup Sailor Jupiter
100% done by me. I used a pinup bathing suit for the pattern and just laid it on the fabric and cut it out. I had to eyeball the white portion because there was no pattern. I also had to hand paint the stripes on the top.

The Countess- AHS Hotel
Originally I bought a dress that I was going to dye for this. I bought crimson color dye but it turned it wine stain purple and it was blotchy. So I was in a rush to make this the night before NCCC Oak City 2017. This dress took me 4hrs and 20 mins. And let me tell you, I was SWEATING. All in all the dress turned out perfect and I get to put her into the fully made by me category!!

Black Canary(2015 comic version)-DC
Had the leather jacket, had the fishnets, had the gloves, had the shoes, and had the choker. I got the body suit from Amazon and added the front mesh panel. She was basically a closet cosplay.
I fell in love with the new comic series and knew right away I had to bring her to life through me. Every time I put her on I feel like I embody her.

Chanel #5-Scream Queen
The only things I made was altering the shirt, made the necklace and that champagne (which is a plastic champagne flute filled with a mixture of resin and a few drops of nail polish for color). I think I may have a knack for finding things that look VERY similar (if not exact) for cheap. Found the jacket on Depop and the skirt on amazon. The top was in my closet and I hand painted "selfie" on it. Oh. And that purse hiding behind me was an almost exact match to the show as well. This was a victory for my searching abilities.
Chanel #5 is my neurotic spirit animal. I don't care if people hate her character. I love her.

Pinup Cap is 100% my vision. She came to life when I was given the shield and told "do something with it!" by a friend of mine (only met the guy who made it once!). The tank top and jacket were bought. The skirt was made by purchasing two pencil skirts and frankensteining them together. The star is worbla covered foam. The patriotic shoes were a total gift from the cosplay gods, you can't find them ANYWHERE now!

I fell in love with Evviart's sailor scouts so I had to replicate it. My best friend wanted to do one too, so it was a great quick cosplay for us to do.

Willy Wonka (Johnny Depp Version)
Cane and W necklace is made by me. The cane is easily 7-8lbs. I really need to make it lighter. I also had to tailor the jacket since it was HUGE on me. This was my first time altering a jacket and let me tell you, it's not fun.
First thing about me is I'm a Tim Burton fanatic! I had the jacket since the movie came out, but since I couldn't sew, it sat in the back of my closet and never saw the light of day. Since cosplaying I have learned how to sew and when I got a dress form this was the first thing ever put on it. It was FINALLY Willy Wonka's time to shine!
Speaking of, I need to get an actual studio picture of this. He deserves it.
Rose Tyler- Doctor Who
She was totally closet. I had the chucks, the moto jacket, the wig (now I don't need a wig), and the shirt (from 6th grade).
Reason: LOOK AT HOW HAPPY I AM! I'm cheezing out! Rose Tyler is EASILY my favorite companion. So when I first started the show I about died when I saw this outfit. I paused the show, ran full steam into my closet and dug. It was like having a treasure map and you know that area like the back of your hand. She may be one of my simplest cosplays, but she has given me some of my best memories.
Ariel(dress version)- The Little Mermaid
Everything was found and put together. Minus the bow(not pictured).
This was made for two reasons. One: Children's Hospital and Two: My mother LOVES The Little Mermaid. I don't. When I got little mermaid toys, it wasn't for me, it was totally for mom. I say this now because it was funny. But back then, oh. You should have seen the looks on my face. "oh...yay..Ariel barbie...here you go mom". This was my way to say "despite our not so perfect past, I still love you enough to put myself in an Ariel dress for you"
